Amy Rees is a managing attorney with over twenty years of experience in preserving family wealth for her clients. She has always found it very rewarding to give her clients peace of mind while navigating the important, and at times complex, end-of-life planning. She provides estate planning counselling for small business owners and professionals throughout their careers.
She provides counsel to both individuals and corporate executors and trustees, during all stages of estate and trust administration. She is also experienced in Orphans’ Court litigation. Her tax, trusts, and estate law background, helps clients reach their business succession and planning goals as smoothly as possible.
Amy takes a holistic approach to each of her clients, supporting their unique experiences and situations. Amy obtained her law degree from Duquesne University and her LL.M. in taxation from Boston University. Amy currently resides in Franklin Park and enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters in her free time. She also enjoys hiking and walking on trails, as well as attending sporting events and concerts.
