Emily Masotto
In her role as Senior Associate Attorney, Emily focuses her practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration. She works closely with individuals and families to create thoughtful, personalized plans and to guide them through the administration process with clarity and care. Emily is committed to making complex legal matters feel manageable, helping her clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in May 2019 and received her undergraduate degree from Westminster College in December 2015. Emily has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star attorney. Her background provides a strong foundation for her work, but it’s her approachable nature and attention to detail that truly set her apart.
She understands that estate planning and administration often come during important and sometimes emotional times in her clients’ lives. Emily takes pride in building genuine relationships and explaining things in a way that is clear, practical, and easy to understand.
Outside of work, Emily loves spending time with her dog, Charlie, her family—especially her young nephew–and relaxing with a good book or puzzle.
