Caleb Fancher
Caleb is a West Virginia native and Legal Administrative Assistant at Sechler Law Firm, LLC, where he supports a relationship-driven approach to estate planning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings a diverse background spanning legal operations, program coordination, and client-focused services.
Prior to joining Sechler Law Firm, Caleb served as a Legal Administrator with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and as a Program Coordinator for the Medical Optimization Program through West Virginia University (WVU), where he supported patient-centered initiatives and operational efficiency.
In his current role, Caleb operates at the intersection of client experience and process optimization—guiding individuals and families through the estate planning journey with clarity and purpose. He also oversees the Red Wagon Book Club, fostering community engagement through meaningful conversations centered on storytelling, legacy, and shared experiences.
Outside of the office, Caleb plays drums in a band on the weekends and enjoys cooking and fishing, maintaining a strong balance between structure and creativity.
