Blake Lertzman

As the Firm Administrator at Sechler Law Firm, Blake works to ensure that strategy and execution remain seamlessly aligned across all areas of the organization. Serving as the operational backbone of the firm by working closely with leadership to turn vision into actionable plans and measurable results through improving workflows, enhances cross-department collaboration, and implements systems that improve efficiency and consistency. Additionally, Blake brings deep experience in implementing and operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

Before Sechler Law Firm, he served as a Director of Operations for a large personal injury firm for over six years, focusing on mass tort litigation. Achieving numerous seven-figure settlements for clients in need. Prior to his law firm experience, Blake studied at Michigan State University with a dual major in Social Relations and Policy and Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy while working in operations at his family’s construction business. His experience ensures that clients benefit from a seamless, efficient process while enjoying a professional and positive experience at every stage of their engagement with the firm.

Blake lives in Cranberry Township with his wife Kathleen. Blake is a sports enthusiast and foodie at heart, always seeking the next great game or new local restaurant. Outside of work, he thrives on learning, discovering new experiences, and sharing his passions with those around him.
