Rebecca Scahill

Rebecca is a senior paralegal with extensive experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration. She works closely with attorneys and clients to draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, helping ensure each plan reflects the client’s goals.

Rebecca also supports families and fiduciaries through the estate and trust administration process, from probate filings to final distributions. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, she helps make complex matters feel more manageable.

Outside of work, Rebecca stays busy with two young kids and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible.
