Kevin Horrocks

Kevin serves as Director of Operations at Sechler Law Firm, where he focuses on building efficient systems, improving client experience, and supporting the firm’s continued growth. With a background in logistics, supply chain management, and operations leadership, Kevin brings a process-driven, solutions-oriented approach to the legal environment. He is passionate about creating structure, enhancing team collaboration, and using data to drive decision-making.

Before joining Sechler Law, Kevin held leadership roles managing complex operations and leading teams including 10 + years in the global humanitarian field. Kevin studied Business at Gordon College and holds professional certificates from Georgia Tech and University of Central Florida. His experience allows him to streamline workflows and implement practical systems that help both staff and clients thrive.

Kevin lives in Adams Township with his wife, Amy, and their 3 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, watching and playing hockey, and drives a Zamboni most weekends. He is also committed to personal growth, faith, and building a life centered on purpose, stability, and service to others.
